Moschino: Future Store Project
FASM 415: Future of Shopping: Retail Innovation for Customer Empowerment
In this project, my team was tasked with creating a visionary in-store experience for Moschino, starting with comprehensive brand research and moving through various stages of ideation and analysis. Our approach began with identifying Moschino’s core values, strengths, and market position, followed by an in-depth competitive analysis to understand how the brand stands against its rivals. This informed the development of a fresh, on-brand concept that offers a unique and immersive shopping experience.

The project culminated in the creation of real mockups of the store space, featuring innovative design elements and engaging features tailored to Moschino's target customers. We also analyzed potential locations in a chosen city and devised a marketing strategy and budget plan to ensure the concept’s overall success.​
