FASM 410: Retail Management
This project was centered on creating a reinvention strategy for Vans, a legacy retailer, to address retail challenges. We analyzed key factors such as business objectives, competitor analysis, and modern retail trends. Collaboratively, we developed a revitalization plan rooted in understanding Vans' current status, target market, and competition. Our strategy catered to the evolving retail landscape, offering actionable insights for Vans' sustainable growth and adaptation.

This project that I photographed, ideated and modeled by Sailor Brindmore, reflected her fascination with the juxtaposition of beauty and the mundane. Drawing inspiration from her exploration of overlooked spaces, she scouted locations around Savannah that many might consider visually irrelevant. Through her work, Sailor aims to elevate these often-dismissed places, revealing their hidden value and significance, and challenging perceptions of what is deemed beautiful. This approach not only highlights the charm in the ordinary but also invites viewers to appreciate the unique stories that lie within the seemingly ugly.
