FASM 410: Retail Management

This group project was centered on creating a reinvention strategy for Vans, a legacy retailer, to address retail challenges. We analyzed key factors such as business objectives, competitor analysis, and modern retail trends. Collaboratively, we developed a revitalization plan rooted in understanding Vans' current status, target market, and competition. Our strategy catered to the evolving retail landscape, offering actionable insights for Vans' sustainable growth and adaptation.
